You and I execute a contract where I am to supply you with 50 computers in 3 months. Due to various considerations I am only able to supply you with 45 computers in the first 3 months and the remaining five 15 days thereafter. There appears to be a prima facie breach of contract on my part. There is a provision for damages, however, I dispute the quantum of damages being claimed.
